Economic Development
The Albion Economic Development Corporation is an active agent for development activities in Albion. Local sales tax provides the funding for a number of business-related projects.
The Boone County Development Agency, funded by five communities, Albion Economic Development, and the county, has an annual budget of $100,000. The agency's goal is to promote new and existing business and retain youth, to name a few. For more information contact:
