Today Albion is home to many businesses. Residents can enjoy stock car races every Friday night from May to October at the Boone County Raceway. One can also enjoy a movie Friday through Sunday at the Gateway Theatre, with indoor seating for 250. If golfing is your preference, Albion has a private 9-hole grass green golf course complete with clubhouse and pro shop.

Come Celebrate the 4th of July with Boone County Raceway, they will have the only firework display in Albion. Fireworks to follow the Races about 10/ 10:30pm. Race cost and more information at Boone County Racetrack
